Bills snap 7-game skid in lopsided win over Broncos

BY NICK ST. DENIS

The Buffalo Bills had a lot built up inside losing seven games in a row, and they unleashed it all on the Denver Broncos Saturday.

Buffalo's defense picked off Broncos quarterback Tim Tebow four times -- once for a score -- en route to a 40-14 rout.

C.J. Spiller was solid in embracing his role as the team's now-No. 1 running back, picking up 111 yards on 16 attempts and scoring the Bills' lone offensive touchdown. Stevie Johnson led the team in receiving with 92 yards.

Leodis McKelvin ran back an 80-yard punt return for a touchdown, and Jairus Byrd scored on an interception. Dave Rayner was 4-for-6 on field goals, and Bills quarterback Ryan Fitzpatrick connected on 15 of 27 passes for 196 yards.

Tebow rushed for a score and threw for another, completing a touchdown pass to Daniel Felis.
