New York Jets guard Brandon Moore is listed as questionable with a hip injury, but the Jets expect him to be ready Sunday when they host the Kansas City Chiefs.
"We're gonna actually get him to the stadium early, put him through a couple deals and make sure he's fine, but I think he is," Ryan told the media Friday.
Moore had surgery on each of his hips at the conclusion of last season, though he didn't have any game-threatening issues this year until now. In fact, he has played 117 regular-season games in a row.
The Jets certainly hope Moore does in fact play, as we saw early in the season what happens when New York's entire offensive line isn't in tact, though covering up a guard's shortcoming is a bit easier than a center, which was the case when Nick Mangold was lost for a few games.
Rookie Caleb Schlauderaff will get the nod at right guard if Moore can't go.
