BenJarvis Green-Ellis doesn't know exactly where his nickname came from. That doesn't mean he doesn't like it.
Green-Ellis, nicknamed "The Law Firm" because of his law-firm-sounding name, talked to the Super Bowl media Tuesday about, among other things, his moniker.
"I actually got it from the fans. I'm not sure between the fans and the ESPN people, the Trey Wingo's and Chris Berman's, somewhere in there," Green Ellis said. "I like it.
"I see people come up to me all the time that give me their cards and ask if they can join my law firm and stuff like that, so that's fun."
We're not sure exactly how well he's doing at protecting his clients, but he has certainly done a pretty good job at protecting the football. Now through his fourth NFL season, Green-Ellis has yet to fumble in his professional career.
"I've just been blessed and fortunate," Green-Ellis said. "God has been watching over me to let me hang on to the football because nobody wants to fumble the ball. It's just something that happens. It's a part of the game and it's just something that happens."
