Former Dolphins linebacker Channing Crowder isn't much for guys of the Jeff Ireland variety.
“He’s not a good person,” Crowder said on Radio Row Wednesday, according to NFL.com. “He has no class, and I wouldn’t choose to go back and play there. And I would have to say it’s the only team I don’t want to play for.”
Crowder took a year off from professional football in 2011, citing his wife's pregnancy as the reason, though before the season, Crowder said he didn't want to play due to lack of interest.
Some would speculate that maybe he just wasn't good enough for anyone to sign. Either way, we now know he definitely won't make a return to Miami.
“I wouldn’t go on a team with Jeff Ireland. I’m not very confident in him,” Crowder said. “He doesn’t know what he’s doing in my opinion. He’s real disrespectful, he doesn’t know how to deal with people and the whole Dez Bryant (situation) kind of showed to the world what he’s about...”
During pre-draft interviews, Ireland asked now-Cowboys receiver Dez Bryant if his mom was a prostitute.
