Baltimore Ravens backup linebacker Brendon Ayanbadejo had some choice words for the the New England Patriots Sunday night.
Via Twitter, while watching New England's victory over the Houston Texans in the Divisional Round of the playoffs, Ayanbadejo said the Patriots' offense is "suspect" and a "gimmick" that one "can't really respect." (photo: Keith Allison, Flickr)
Ayanbadejo took issue with the Patriots' hurry-up offense and said New England's actions are "comparable to a cheap shot [before] a fight."
The Ravens, after earning a gift-wrapped win over the Denver Broncos (via Broncos safety Rahim Moore), will travel to Foxborough next Sunday to take on the Patriots.
Ayanbadejo, however, probably won't get an opportunity to de-gimmick New England's offense, as he didn't even play defense in his team's win over the Broncos.
Here are the tweets from the dude whose avatar is a picture of himself flexing in the mirror:
New England does some suspect stuff on offense. Can't really respect it. Comparable to a cheap shot b4 a fight

The Ravens' public relations department likely got a hold of Ayanbadejo Monday, as he tweeted this apology:
I made selfish comments on twitter last night that reflected poorly upon myself, my teammates, and the organization. For that I apologize.
