T7 - Miami Dolphins: .520 (133-123)T12 - New England Patriots: .508 (130-126)
T19 - New York Jets: .496 (127-129)
T26 - Buffalo Bills: .473 (121-135)
With the incredible parity the NFL breeds every season, last year's results aren't necessarily a great indication of how a team will perform in the upcoming season.
However, it's worth noting that the Dolphins and Bills are on completely opposite sides of the spectrum despite playing in the same division.
