One Miami Dolphins interior defensive lineman went under the franchise tag, and the other went under the knife.
Paul Soliai, who posts up next to recently-tagged Randy Starks in Miami's starting lineup, recently underwent arthroscopic surgery on his elbow, according to Alex Marvez of FoxSports.com.

Soliai was franchise-tagged by the Dolphins in 2011 before signing a two-year deal in 2012. The 345-pound run-stuffer was selected out of Utah in the fourth round of the 2007 draft. He made 26 tackles in 2012.
