The NFL released the offseason voluntary workout schedules for each team on Thursday.
Every team has a three-tiered, nine-week program for which to hold exercises before mandatory mini-camp. All three phases are non-contact practices for the most part and are scattered throughout April and May.
Three of four AFC East teams will hold their first day of workouts on April 15 (Jets, Patriots, Dolphins), while the Bills can start as early as April 2. According to the team’s website, however, the team’s first day of workouts won’t be until April 23.
