Bills set camp plans; kick off with open night practice

BY DAN BEGNOCHE

For the 15th consecutive season, the Buffalo Bills will hold training camp on the grounds of St. John Fisher College, with the first practice kicking off on July 20.

The team will hold seven nighttime practices – their first practice included – all of which require a ticket in order to attend. All night practices begin at 8:10 p.m., while the 13 day practices are split between morning and afternoon starts and do not require a ticket to enter.

Things begin to get busy for the team starting in August. Buffalo will participate in two preseason games -- the Hall of Fame game in Canton, Ohio, and an away game against the Panthers -- as well as five practices in 10 days between Aug. 1 and Aug. 10. Once the preseason gets under way, however, practices become less frequent, holding only five between Aug. 10 and Aug. 21.

The facilities open one hour prior to the start of practice.
