The New York Jets announced Monday they have signed former Buffalo Bills receiver T.J. Graham and, in a corresponding move, released fourth-round rookie receiver/punt returner Jalen Saunders.
Graham, who stands at 5-11, 188 pounds, tallied 54 career receptions for 683 yards and three touchdowns in two seasons with the Bills--the team that drafted him in the third round in 2012.
He was claimed on waivers by the Tennessee Titans this summer but released by Tennessee last week.
The Jets took Saunders at No. 104 overall out of Oklahoma. After earning punt return duties, he muffed a punt Week 2 at Green Bay and flubbed another one against Chicago, which the Bears recovered. Saunders was deactivated for Sunday's game against the Detroit Lions
Gang Green also signed receiver Chris Owusu and released cornerback LeQuan Lewis in a swap of reserves.
