Pats offense dominating division in Pro Bowl voting

BY DAN BEGNOCHE

After a somewhat off season in 2013, New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady is back to normal form, and it's showing in the ongoing Pro Bowl voting tally.

The 37-year-old veteran is currently fourth in the league in touchdown passes, sixth in QB rating and eighth in passing yards, placing him third in voting among signal-callers, according to NFL.com.

And he's not the only offensive player from New England on the list.

Tight end Rob Gronkowski, who leads all tight ends in receiving yards (997) and is second in touchdowns (10), is currently the leading vote-getter at his position, as is kicker Stephen Gostkowski. The 30-year-old leg leads the league in field goals (29) and has missed only two of his attempts.

The only other offensive players to make the list from the division were Dolphins guard Mike Pouncey and center Nick Mangold, each currently hanging on to the final spot in their respective categories.

The defensive side of the ball is much more of a equal representation, however, with 10 total players from all four teams represented thus far. For a full listing of the players currently on the leader board, click here.
