Attention fans of crappy teams: You won't have to head down to the local watering hole to catch those frustrating loses this season.
Following a vote by all 32 teams Monday, the league has decided to rescind its television blackout policy for the 2015 season, which previously stopped games from being aired in local markets if they did not sell out prior to kickoff.
Zero blackouts occurred last season, a testament to the amendments put into place over the past few years to cut down on the antiquated policy. Enacted back in 1973, the league will re-evaluate their latest move with the blackout policy at the end of the 2015 season.
