It's that time of the year. With the NFL owners meetings on the way next week, teams have been in idea-submission mode.
That has not been lost on the New England Patriots.
According to ESPN Boston, the Patriots submitted three rule proposals, involving instant replay, cameras on the boundary lines and moving back the point after attempt.
