Highlights from Day 1 of divisional offseason workouts


Teams officially started their offseason programs Monday, and plenty of high-profile players reported for the first official day of strength and conditioning training.

Training will be limited to off-the-field workouts for two weeks before on-field, non-contact activities can begin; it will be more than a month from now before OTAs kick off.
