Michael Vick feels he provided whatever resources he could last season to third-year New York Jets quarterback Geno Smith.
Vick, however, didn't get much of a chance to lead by example through his play, something he thinks may have been helpful. At least that's what he told NJ.com Monday.
Regardless, Vick remains a free agent and will be looking on at Smith from afar as he battles with Ryan Fitzpatrick to keep his job. Coming off an underwhelming start to his young career, does Smith have what it takes to succeed in the league?
"I think Geno is up for the challenge," Vick said. "In talking to him, he's a very confident kid and I think he can get it done."
