The New York Jets will be without Quincy Enunwa for four games, as the receiver was handed a suspension Monday for violating the NFL's personal conduct policy.
Last August, Enunwa was arrested and charged with domestic violence simple assault, which he was later cleared of.
The Jets released the following statement:
“We support and respect the NFL’s decision to suspend Quincy Enunwa. The New York Jets share the NFL's ongoing commitment to raising awareness of the frequency and impact of domestic and relationship violence, supporting survivors, and encouraging others to speak out and seek help.”
