Ryan Fitzpatrick has been named the AFC Offensive Player in the Week for the second time in three weeks.
It's the third time in four weeks a New York Jets players has earned the honor (Brandon Marshall).
The veteran journeyman led Gang Green to a 26-20 overtime victory over the New England Patriots last Sunday--the Jets' fifth win in a row. The Jets need one more win this Sunday against the Bills to make the playoffs.
Against New England, Fitzpatrick completed 26 of 41 passes for 296 yards, three touchdowns and no interceptions. He went 3-for-3 for 74 yards in overtime, capping off the drive with a 6-yard scoring strike to Eric Decker.
