Skrine, Jets taking game vs. Cowboys as a do-or-die

In any other circumstance, a game against the 4-9 Cowboys wouldn't be a big deal for the 8-5 Jets.

But with three games remaining in a dog fight for a playoff spot, Gang Green is handling Saturday night like they're already in the postseason.

"We're looking at it as taking just one game at a time, but we’re looking at it as we do have to win out," Buster Skrine said via the Daily News. "It does feel good that we're playing for something. Everybody knows what we need to be where we need to be."
