You'd think the New England Patriots would ease Julian Edelman back into action this week, given the wide receiver hasn't taken the field in two months.
Think again.
If he's a go in the divisional round bout with the Kansas City Chiefs Saturday, Edelman expects to be full go.
“I’m going to go full throttle regardless,” Edelman said, via WEEI. “If it goes, it goes. ... It’s not dipping the toe here, it’s just diving in."
He's been practicing with the team for weeks, and quarterback Tom Brady is undoubtedly raring to go with his top pass-catcher coming back for a showdown at Gillette Stadium.
